Refund Policy

At LM Mobile Detailing, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are not automatically issued.

 

Refund Requests

 

Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances and must be reviewed and approved by LM Mobile Detailing.

Customers requesting a refund must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion

  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue

  • Allow LM Mobile Detailing the opportunity to inspect or correct the service

 

Service Corrections

 

If an issue is verified, we may offer:

  • A correction or redo of the service

  • A partial refund if deemed appropriate

  • Another resolution determined by LM Mobile Detailing

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction after significant time has passed

  • Conditions that were previously disclosed before service

  • Normal wear, stains, or damage that cannot be safely removed

All refund decisions are reviewed and determined by LM Mobile Detailing management.
